ABOUT CALIQUE

Calique Barnes is a youth advocate, preacher, author, and entrepreneur from Washington, D.C. He began preaching at six and was licensed & ordained under Bishop Timothy D. Proctor Sr. and Pastor Samantha Proctor at Prayer and Praise Ministries, where he continues to serve in leadership.

A proud alumnus of Thurgood Marshall Academy and a student at Morehouse College, Calique bridges faith, leadership, and civic engagement through ministry, education, public service, and youth empowerment.

He is the Founder of LeadDC Youth Empowerment, CEO of Barnes Digital Design & Media, host of Youth ReCharge Chronicles, and author of Leading While Bleeding: Youngin’s Path to Leadership. Through every platform, Calique is committed to recharging a generation one leader at a time.
